Did you know the Mossy Oak company is having a birthday this year?
I was reading the Second Amendment Foundations publication, thegunmag.com, Preparedness Issue, Volume five, Number 50, February 2016 and saw this information from editor and friend, Joe Tartaro. I thought it was interesting piece about the Mossy Oak company.
This year Mossy Oak will be celebrating the anniversary of the companies founding 30 years ago.
Over the last three decades mossy Oak has grown from it simple beginnings as a camouflage company to the embodiment of the outdoors lifestyle.
It now has over 1000 licensees and partners. The CEO and founder of Mossy Oak, Toxey Haas said the company “sprang up out of his love for hunting and being upset just with critters.”
Bill Sugg president of Mossy Oak said “I never dreamed that we would be where we are today 30 years later. Camouflage has come along way in 30 years and is being used for more than just hunting these days. We’re honored to be part of that trend and we know that without great partners that have come alongside us throughout the years we wouldn’t be celebrating this milestone”
He continued by saying that the outdoor industry as a whole has been vital to their success. Without retailers and manufacturers, writers, and TV support, conservation partnerships and pro staff we simply wouldn’t be the success we are today.Rev.
